GWR Resources Inc. continues under the directorship of John Brown (Chairman of the Board, Director), Dale Reimer (Director) and Robert Shives (Director, VP Exploration). The Board of Directors thanks Mr. McMillan for his valuable, experienced technical input during the past year. The Board wishes Mr. van Driesum well in his future endeavours.

The above changes are independent of exploration potential of the Lac La Hache Copper-Gold-Porphyry Project, enhanced through recent new “data mining” leading to development of new targets based on a completely revised exploration strategy. The Board of Directors is committed to rebuilding our corporate structure and is seeking suitable candidates, to support future exploration at Lac La Hache and potentially new projects.

GWR is an active mineral exploration company currently exploring for gold and base metals in British Columbia’s prolific Quesnel Trough. The Lac La Hache copper-gold porphyry/skarn magnetite-copper project hosts multiple zones of gold, copper, silver and magnetite. The project is located between producing mines at Imperial Metals’ Mt.
