GWR Resources Announces Management Changes
LAC LA HACHE, BRITISH COLUMBIA – GWR Resources Inc. (the “Company” or “GWR”) (TSX Venture: GWQ) announces, effective August 22, 2014:
a) Resignation of Rob Shives as Director of the Company. Management thanks Mr. Shives for his technical oversight since becoming a Director in 2009 and wishes him well in future endeavors. Mr. Shives will continue to offer geological consulting services to the Company as required, through GamX Inc.
b) Appointment of Mr. Rolf van Driesum as Director of the Company.
GWR Resources Inc. continues under the directorship of John Brown (Chairman of the Board, Director), Dale Reimer (Director) and Rolf van Driesum (Director). As described previously (see August 13, 2014 News Release) these changes are independent of geological exploration potential of the Lac La Hache Copper-Gold-Porphyry Project, enhanced through new “data mining” results, leading to development of new targets based on a completely revised exploration strategy. The Board of Directors remains committed to rebuilding our corporate structure and continues the search for suitable candidates, to support future exploration at Lac La Hache and potentially new projects.
